AUBURN, WA – Two Medicine ridden by Cody Carlson rallied on the final exchange to regain the lead in the $75,000 Muckleshoot Gold Cup and take the championship heat in front of a packed crowd on Father’s Day at Emerald Downs. The Blackfeet Nation team comes from Browning, MT.

Finishing second was BirdInGround Relay (Tristen BirdInGround rider), from Crow, MT. The Crow Nation team took the lead after the second exchange but faltered in the all important final exchange.
Rounding out the top three was Abrahamson (Scotty Abrahamson rider), from Omak, WA.
Amskapi Pikunii finished fourth from Browning, MT and Tissidimit (Azeri Coby), Fort Hall, ID checked in fifth. Old Sun (Siksika, Alberta) did not finish.
