WEIGHTS ANNOUNCED FOR $100,000 LONGACRES MILE (G3)

AUBURN, Wash. (September 2, 2020) – The racing office has released handicap weights for all 22 horses nominated to the $100,000 Longacres Mile, to be run Thursday, September 10.

Anyportinastorm is high-weighted at 123 lbs, followed by Five Star General and He’s the Reason at 122 lbs each, while Background, the lone 3-year-old nominated, is low-weighted at 110 lbs.

Entries will be drawn noon Saturday outside the Fletcher Center and broadcast on Facebook Live. In the event more than 12 horses are entered, high weights are preferred.

Post time for The Longacres Mile is 8:30 p.m.
