INDIAN CUISINE COMES TO EMERALD DOWNS
AUBURN, Wash. (November 13, 2013) – The Emerald Downs Group Sales Department and Executive Chef Staff are proud to announce the addition of a full Indian Buffet Menu to our event options.
The Indian Buffet Menu acknowledges a growing and valued community as companies like Amazon and Microsoft continue to draw people to the Puget Sound region from all over India.
Catering Chef, Tom Taylor, designed a menu that recognizes the range of regional Indian cuisines, and our team will work with each client to customize menu selections to provincial requirements and tastes.
“We’re going to be able to fill a niche that’s been missing,” Taylor said. “I love something different.”
Each buffet is accompanied by favorites including Basmati rice, achar, raita, naan & roti and more, and each client chooses from a variety of other appetizer, entree and dessert options. Menu prices start at a modest $34 per person.
