The Emerald Room is located on the fourth floor and is ideal for a variety of race day events for parties of all sizes, from 15 to 400 guests, in an indoor, climate controlled location for the entire day. The buffet is served in a shared, restaurant-style environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy the buffet anytime during the serving hour.

Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Mac & Cheese
Served with assorted buns, condiments, housemade potato chips with dip, potato salad, Emerald green salad with choice of dressings, sliced watermelon tray, and assorted dessert bars & cookies. $27/person

BBQ Beef Sandwiches, Grilled Chicken Breast
Served with Mac & Cheese, housemade potato chips and dip, coleslaw, Emerald green salad, fresh and marinated vegetable platter with Ranch dip, sliced watermelon tray, and assorted dessert bars & cookies. $33/person (Substitute Baby Back Ribs & warm cornbread with honey butter, additional $4.00/person)

Sausage Ricotta Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan with Tomato Basil Salsa
Includes seasonal buttered steamed vegetables, Caesar salad, fresh fruit medley, assorted rolls & butter, and assorted dessert bars & cookies.  $35/person

Sliced Marinated Flank Steak with Redhook Onion Jus, Grilled Sesame Orange Chicken
Includes steamed Basmati rice, Caesar salad, fresh and marinated vegetable platter with Ranch dip, fresh fruit medley, assorted rolls & butter, and assorted dessert bars & cookies. $37/person

Marinated Tri Tip with Horseradish Cream, Grilled Chicken with Roasted Garlic Jus
Includes red potatoes with parsley and garlic butter, seasonal buttered steamed vegetables, Emerald green salad with choice of dressings, fresh fruit medley, assorted rolls & butter, and assorted dessert bars & cookies. $37/person

Carved NY Striploin of Beef with Horseradish Sauce, Lemon & Herb Marinated Chicken with Roasted Artichokes, Tomatoes and Lemon
Includes scalloped potatoes, seasonal buttered steamed vegetables, fresh fruit medley, mixed greens with white cheddar, spiced walnuts & dried cranberries with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, rolls & butter, and assorted dessert bars & cookies.  $41/person
(Substitute Honey Pepper Planked Salmon for Chicken, additional $3.00 per person)

Upgrade any dessert to Cheesecake with Berry Sauce for an additional $2.00 per person.


Without rolls, this menu is naturally gluten free.

NOTE:  The first group to book an event space for any day, chooses that day's menu.  Book early so you get your menu of choice!
